At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping

Experience complimentary standard shipping on orders above $99 for metro areas and above $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. The shipping fee for orders below $99 differ based on weight and postal code within Australia with prices commencing at $8.25. 

At your convenience, you have the option to choose express delivery at checkout.

Our standard transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

If you have yet to receive your parcel, even though the tracking system indicates it has been delivered, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the notification. This enables our team to investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues, preventing further delays or complications in the delivery process.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Please inform us of any items that need to be corrected within 48 hours after receiving your shipment.

This bulb's Soft-LED Filament evokes the warm glow of carbon and tungsten filaments from past eras. Gone are the odd-looking traditional LED filaments, replaced by a design with old-timey charm.

 This LiquidLEDs Vintage bulb is designed to emulate the look and feel of early incandescent light bulbs and comes in a standard Edison screw version (E27). It produces 170 lumens of yellow-orange light (2200 Kelvin), which is equivalent to less than a 25-watt tungsten incandescent bulb. It has an average rated life of over 25,000 hours.

Disappointing

The bulbs look great but this 3 out of 5 have stopped working after 6 months.
The whole point of replacing filament bulbs with LED was so that they would last longer
