At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:

- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days

Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
15m Smart Festoon String Lights with 15 LED Bulbs
Whether indoors or outdoors, the 15-meter smart RGBCW festoon string is perfect for setting your place’s lighting ambience. Rated at IP65, it is waterproof and weatherproof.
The Smart RGBCW string connects to the TUYA app, which allows you to select the individual colour of each LED bulb or choose a preset scene wirelessly from your phone. Choose from 8 built-in colour scenes and effect modes, or make your own to shuffle the ambience in your place. Want ‘clubby’ lighting? No problem. Café atmosphere? Sure. Change the colour temperature from warm white to cool white (2500K-9000K) or choose from 16 million colours (pick any two hues that change back and forth), thanks to the app’s built-in RGB picker. The Smart string works with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can instantly turn on and transform your place’s ambience from ordinary to magical with your voice, any time you want. Plus, connectors on both ends allow you to extend the length of your smart coloured festoon string up to 51 meters (4 festoon strings) to enliven up any place in any weather.
The string lights only work with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Please make sure your Wi-Fi router is under the 2.4 GHz setting.
Multiple Purposes:
Multi-lighting scenes - eight built-in scenes include Flow, Chase, Dazzle, Gradient, Jump, Breathing and Blink. The colours or warm/white can be selected in the scene, also as the brightness, speed and direction of the light.
Dimmable colour, brightness, and saturation - use our colour-changing string lights to decorate your night. Switch between white and colour nearly any colour, with dimmable brightness and warmth from 1-100%.
Cozy warm white - LiquidLEDs RGB string lights can be used in backyards, gardens, patios, decks, swimming pools, cafés etc., and indoors. Enjoy each colourful night with our colour patio lights.

About the festoon lights string:
- 15m long, with 15 LED bulbs smart RGBCW coloured festoon string; commercial-grade cable
- 15 x 0.3W silicone colour-changing LED light bulbs. These are fixed in place and cannot be replaced;

They were quick to deliver, and the lights are great! Just wish I could program individual bulbs (stuck with present settings that you can tinker with, but different bulb colours limited to some sort of changing pattern)

Can't recommend this product highly enough. Installation was very easy (my DIY autobiography could be written on a post-it note)... I would recommend buying a 5mm turnbuckle x1 and a couple of 2mm rope thimbles to make life easier. I ended up running the wire cable provided through 16 eye straps, perhaps overkill... IDK. Set up with the Tuya app was effortless. Once added to Tuya I added to Alexa's devices list, the light showed up immediately without issue - works perfectly with Alexa / Amazon devices. The lights on warm white at 100% brightness are perfect for ambient drinks / BBQ on the deck light, wouldn't change a thing. The colours are great to have as an option but will probably only get significantly less than the whites. Will definitely buy another set, just need to work out where to put them.
