All returns must be lodged within 30 working days for a refund.
At LiquidLEDs, we stand behind our product! If for any reason a LiquidLEDs customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost.
To start the process for a return, please submit an Online Return Request form.

The return items must be:
- In original condition and in a resalable condition. This includes the original packaging of the item (the product box, product tags etc). If this packaging is damaged you will not be eligible for a refund
If returned goods do not meet these criteria, a refund will be declined, and we will return the products to you.

Please send the items back in the same way as received to protect the product from damage in transit.

Change of Mind Refund
Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the Customer's Order. If items were ordered under “Free Shipping” or "Express Shipping" promotions the customer will be charged $10 for orders below $50, $12 for orders above $50, $15 for orders above $145, $20 for orders above $200, $30 for orders over $500 and $50 for orders $1000.
The 30 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their LiquidLEDs product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
The LiquidLEDs product must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.
Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Refunds and Returns section of the LiquidLEDs and Order Terms and Conditions. This includes being returned in the original packaging, in a re-saleable condition.
Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. If they are unable to find a way to return the products, LiquidLEDs may organise a courier to pick up the products from the customer. Where LiquidLEDs organises a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products.
After receiving the returned LiquidLEDs Products, LiquidLEDs will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.
Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. LIquidLEDs accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
A customer will be charged $12 if the goods are returned to LiquidLEDs as return-to-sender parcel.

G. RETURNS POLICY
1. To retail customers:
LiquidLEDs offers 30 days guarantee on all purchases made through the Site.
If at any time within 30 days of the date of your order you decide to return a product, you may send back the product at your expense, in like-new condition, and LiquidLEDs will issue you a refund of the purchase price.
You must contact LiquidLEDs within the thirty day period to arrange for return shipping. Except for defects existing on delivery to you, returned products must be in unblemished condition, with full functionality and including all the original materials found in the product packaging (boxes, etc.).
If a product is returned in less than like-new condition, LiquidLEDs will charge you a 30% restocking fee or deny a refund, plus any labour and materials required to repair or replace the product or packaging to a like-new condition.
2. To wholesale customers:
LiquidLEDs offers a thirty-day guarantee on all purchases.
All goods will incur a 30% restocking fee if returned after 30 days. No returns would be accepted for custom orders.
A request for credit must be made to our email@example.com email.
Goods must be unused and still in their original packaging. If your request is accepted, you will receive a GRA, which must be attached to the products.
Products must then be sent back at your own cost. Credit will be issued when goods are returned and have been inspected in our warehouse.
