Returns & Exchange

At LiquidLEDs, we stand behind our product! That’s why we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a LiquidLEDs customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must e-mail hello@liquidleds.com.au or call 02 8880 9033 between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday within 30 days of taking delivery of their LiquidLEDs Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of LiquidLEDs staff in order to facilitate a refund.
It may take 1-5 business days for your return to reach the LiquidLEDs warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-6 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Once the credit is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

All change of mind returns will receive a store credit or refund minus any shipping costs.

Express Warranty

LiquidLEDs offers a Back to Base Warranty on your Product subject to the following conditions. LiquidLEDs warrants that all Product manufactured by Liquidleds Lighting Corp. will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship for two (2) year after your Purchase Date. If you wish to make a claim under this Express Warranty, you must do the following: Call LiquidLEDs on 02 8880 9033 or email help@liquidleds.com.au to notify us of your claim; Return the Product, or provide a short video, to a Service Agent, whose location will be advised by LiquidLEDs; and Provide a copy of your purchase receipt, or other reasonably acceptable evidence of your Purchase Date, to show that this Express Warranty applies to your Product at the date of your claim. You will be required to pay the cost of delivering your Product to and collecting your Product from LiquidLEDs (or a Service Agent) for Express Warranty service

Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on orders over $49 and only charge $9 for orders below. Orders to New Zealand we change from $20.

Yes, pick up is available from our warehouse in Alexandria, Sydney. The pick details will be available during checkout.
Yes, shipment can be delivered to a PO box or Parcel Locker.
Depending on your location packages are sent via Australia Post eParcel service or courier service. Depending on your location it can take 1-10 business days to arrive.
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to our tracking page.

Order Queries

Please contact the LiquidLEDs Customer Loyalty Team at 02 8880 9033 or send a message to hello@liquidleds.com.au immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of LiquidLEDs.com.au. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
Very occasionally may accidentally ship the wrong item to you. If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct item and arrange for the pick up and return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.
You may request to change the address on an order, only before an order reaches the dispatch processing stage. After an order, reaches the dispatch processing stage, address changes may not be possible.

Bulbs Questions

All LiquidLEDs LED light bulbs are vacuum sealed and are absolutely water resistant and can be used in a humid environment.
Yes, all dimmable LED filament bulbs are compatible with most LED dimmers such as; Diginet, Cabac, Dimpala, Cbus and DALI system.
