At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items. 

Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25. 

You may also select express delivery during checkout.

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.

Lost Shipment

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

Simply use the phone app or remote to adjust the brightness of your patio, string, or party lights from 10% to 100%, or turn them on/off with your phone. You can set a timer/countdown to adjust light levels at specific times or utilize voice control with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. The app's dimmer control allows you to adjust the lights by swiping your finger, and the Group and Share function can group lights in an area with just one dimmer.

This Smart Plug-In Dimmer is crafted from ABS plastic, specifically Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. It boasts an IP55 International Protection Rating and is impervious to weather conditions such as rain, snow, or frost. Whether you install it indoors or outdoors, you can rest assured that it will maintain high performance even in low brightness or low voltage situations.

This dimmer is designed to work with various types of bulbs including dimmable LED, halogen, incandescent, and CFL bulbs. To control the dimmer, you may use a remote or the Smart Life App, which can easily be downloaded from the Apple or Play Store. In addition, the Smart WiFi Plug-In Dimmer is backed by a 3-year warranty.

The remote control signal is Radio Frequency (RF) and is powered by a supplied A23/MN21 battery.

Outdoor smart plug - dimmable lights

Perfect. Needed an outdoor rated smart plug, and yours was the only one in Aus I could find. Works perfectly with my festoon lights, which we are using a lot more now that we dont have to use the awkward-to-reach manual switch. Fast delivery also very helpful.
