At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items. 

Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25. 

You may also select express delivery during checkout.

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.

Lost Shipment

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

Enhance events with this black 18m 24V Festoon String featuring 1.5mm thick 24V SAA-certified cables. It has 20 E27 (Edison Screw base) lamp holders spaced 0.9m apart, with 24V 1-watt shatterproof S14 dimmable LED bulbs in Extra Warm White. Attach the holders directly or with a cable tie (has holes for cable ties, screws, or hooks).

The other side is a 5m tail with an IP65 connector leading to an IP67 SAA-certified Mean Well driver. IP67 rating means it’s perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use. With additional compatible festoon strings, this can be extended from 18m to 180m. Similarly, the 5m tail can be extended to 10m. We offer two years warranty on the LED bulbs, three years warranty on the cable and a five or eight years warranty on the driver.

    About the festoon lights string:

    • 18m string is IP65 rated and is perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use (most other suppliers are IP20 to IP44)
    • 20 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade 24V cable.
    • The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a universal joint on both ends.
    • Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without professional assistance.
    • These bulbs are all 24 volts, so they must be used with the DC Driver, which is provided.
    • The driver is supplied with a 240 Volt Standard Australian plug for easy installation.
    • The Low Voltage Commercial LED Festoon Kit is supplied with a Mean Well IP67 driver, which has five years warranty or uPowerTek, which has eight years warranty.

    Abysmal service with terrible/faulty quality product.

    Faulty product, terrible customer service, terrible troubleshooting, and poorly translated installation instructions. I've spend more time going back and forth with parts to replace a faulty product which has cost me more than the already over priced product. Also sent a spare 240v lamp for 24v lights - not sure there is quality control anywhere in the business.

    Once fixed perfect

    After stringing out the lights and plugging into the power point nothing. Luckily my son is an electrician and I asked him to have look.
    He discovered that on the low voltage side the wires in the connector was not connected. With that fixed tried again and nothing.
    He then discovered that a wire in the 240V plug was not connected either. With that fixed it worked apart from one globe that I replaced.
    Lucky for me I had someone to diagnose the faults and fix them.
