At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days

Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
Low Voltage 10M LED Festoon Kit at 50 cm intervals
This black 10m 24v Festoon String enhances your parties and special events. Featuring flat 1.5mm thick 24V SAA certified cables, this festoon string has a 10m side with 20 E27 (Edison Screw base) lamp holders, spaced half a meter apart, with 1-watt 24V shatterproof S14 dimmable LED bulbs (lamps) that give off 2200K (Extra Warm White) light—perfect for those romantic, relaxing evenings. You can attach the lamp holders directly to a surface or attach them with a cable tie (they have holes for cable ties, screws, or hooks).
The other side is a 5m tail with an IP65 connector leading to an IP67 SAA-certified LED driver. IP65 rating means it’s perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use. Additional compatible festoon strings can extend this from 10m to over 100m. Similarly, the 5m tail can be extended to 10m. We offer two years warranty on the LED bulbs, three years on the cable and a five or eight years warranty on the driver.

About the festoon lights string:
- 10m string is IP65 rated and is perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use (most other suppliers are IP20 to IP44)
- 20 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade 24V cable.
- The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a universal joint on both ends.
- Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without professional assistance.
- These bulbs are all 24 volts, so they must be used with the DC Driver, which is provided.
- The driver has a 240 Volt Standard Australian plug for easy installation.
- The Low Voltage Commercial LED Festoon Kit is supplied with a Mean Well IP67 driver, which has five years warranty or the uPowerTek driver, which has eight years warranty.
