At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days
Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

The plug in pendant is nice but the globe we bought just blew as not intended for socket. Go figure

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the malfunction of the globe you have acquired. After looking over your order, we have to let you know that the bulb you purchased is designed for a 12 Volt connection, whereas the plug-in pendant requires a standard 240 Volt connection. Please don't hesitate to let us know of any further assistance we can provide to help fix this issue. Thank you.
We like the plug-in pendant but the globe wasn't right. We wish the website and/or the box the globe came in had a polite warning that this globe is not for 240 volt use. I ordered the wrong globe but even though my husband is an electrician, he didn't pick it up either; and usually a globe designed for lower voltage use won't fit into a 240 volt socket. So we ruined the globe. $28 down the drain. Such a pity that could be alleviated for future consumers with a few friendly warnings

I am sorry to hear that your experience with our product was not positive. We appreciate your husband's expertise, but both bulbs are designed for the standard Edison screw socket E27, regardless of the voltage. I bought the black plug in pendant and the dimmable spiral globe. I installed it myself in about 10mins and looks stunning! It arrived super fast too. :-)
