At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days
Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

The 8W GLS Dimmable LED Bulb (E27) Clear in Warm White by Liquid LEDs is a standard incandescent-styles bulb with LED lighting tech for superior performance. Equivalent to a 60W incandescent bulb, it saves energy and boasts a lifespan of over 25,000 hours, plus a colour rendering index of over 90 for a pleasant atmosphere.
Keep an eye on its clear finish and smooth dimming ability, compatible with Trailing-Edge and Phase dimmers. Brightness 0-100%. Select 2700K or 3000K warm white. 2700K warmer and great for living rooms and bedrooms. 3000K between yellow and white, perfect for kitchens, laundry, bathrooms, commercial spaces, retail shops, hotels, and home offices. Great.
The light bulbs constantly flicker. I would not recommend this store. I contacted the store but they are blaming my dimmer and not their bulbs. I have a new LED clipsal dimmer. Never had this issue with any other brand of bulbs except these I got from liquid LED. Can't use the bulbs even though they do not work as they should and no refund or exchange. Wether the dimmer is on or not, these lights flicker. Had to switch back to martec bulbs.
Hi Dimitri, the bulbs dimmer smoothly without any flicker to zero with trailing edge dimmers and phase dimmers. The recommended dimmers are visible on the product page. We can facilitate a refund or exchange with the product is returned within 30 days. We asked you to submit a refund on the 1st of February, 2023, but we haven't received your request.
These lights work well and have excellent colour clarity.

I first bought B15 candle bulbs (warm) for antique lights a couple of years ago. They have worked brilliantly and give a gorgeous light. So I have now swapped all my ceiling down lights to dimmable E27 globes (warm). So far so good. Very happy with the warm gentle light, and I love that I can once again use my dimmer switch.

I bought these globes for my house that I am renovating. I installed them in new classic outdoor lateens. These areas of the house were previously very dark with the old traditional globes and lights. with these globes the place a lot brighter yet a vintage look going for it which was my intention.
