If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days
Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

I had 8x 8W G95 Dimmable LED Light Globe (B22) in Warm White and one of them died (not bought from Liquid LEDS) thought I'd go for the larger G125s. The big boys look great - unfortunately although they are also 8W, they are not as nearly as 'bright'.

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to write this review for us. The brightness of the bulb is measured in lumens, not in wattage. Most suppliers have settled on 80 CRI as the standard or basic light quality offering and this product is CRI 93.6 which is a premium product. The difference between 80 and 93 CRI is very noticeable, and will immediately provide a nice boost in colour clarity. Since the CRI is high the lumen output is lower. Bought because I wanted a bulb for a paper thin lamp shade where the bulb is visible. The bulb is not too bright and emits a welcoming warm glow. Previously had a filament globe which looked harsh through the lamp shade. Really pleased with this bulb!
