At Liquid LEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping

Experience complimentary standard shipping on orders above $99 for metro areas and above $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. The shipping fee for orders below $99 differ based on weight and postal code within Australia with prices commencing at $8.25. 

At your convenience, you have the option to choose express delivery at checkout.

Our standard transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

Suppose we receive your order along with the payment before 10 a.m. AEST on any business day, we will dispatch it from our Sydney warehouse on the same day. We want you to know that we aim to deliver your purchases quickly.

Shipment disruptions

If you have checked your package's delivery status and noticed an issue or it has been delayed during transit, please visit our Contact Us page. We will immediately contact the courier company and ask them to trace your package and start an investigation. So that you know, this investigation may take up to 5-8 business days.

If you have yet to receive your parcel, even though the tracking system indicates it has been delivered, you must inform us within seven days of receiving the notification. This enables our team to investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues, preventing further delays or complications in the delivery process.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the unlikely event of a mistake or delay, we will do our best to rectify the issue. If we have shipped the wrong item or something is missing from your order, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. Please inform us of any items that need to be corrected within 48 hours after receiving your shipment.

Great Bulbs

Great bulbs. This is the second time I've purchased this style but I got in a brighter white this time as the previous ones I had were a warmer white and giving a yellow look. I will be ordering more an changing the rest of the chandeliers in the house to the brighter white bulb. Highly recommend! Also fantastic as they are Dimmable

I managed tonpurchase new light fittings requiring E14 globes. Unknown to me these are hard to find in white and higher lumans. Your company was the only place in Australia I could find them at 600 lumens and they are brilliant (dimmer adjustable, too) literally and figuratively. I may have beeded to source these from overseas otherwise. Please keep these uncommon types in supply. Prompt dispatch of globes too. Great service.
