At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items. 

Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25. 

You may also select express delivery during checkout.

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.

Lost Shipment

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

Flash and Flicker

If I turn the dimmer all the way up, the bulbs flash on and off continuously. Ok, so I'll not do that... but just like the old incandescent bulbs they replaced, they start to flicker after a few minutes. Not super high quality.

Hi Noah, this is certainly disappointing to hear. Unfortunately, there are occasions where despite our best efforts, the LED bulbs will not be compatible with an old dimmer that's designed to work with incandescent bulbs. It’s incredibly challenging to manufacture an LED filament bulb​ to be​ compatible with all the dimmers on the market. I would suggest replacing your old dimmer with a new Trailing Edge dimmer, which would enable you to smoothly control the light's intensity and prolong the lifespan of your new led bulbs. These LED bulbs don't look like LED and work very well. Light output and light colour temperature is also excellent..
