At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items. 

Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25. 

You may also select express delivery during checkout.

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.

Lost Shipment

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

The LiquidLEDs 4W Candle dimmable LED light Bulb B22 combines vintage design with modern LED technology. It emits light similar to a 40W incandescent bulb, but consumes less energy and has a lifespan of 25,000 hours. With a 90+ CRI rating, it provides clear and warm lighting and can be smoothly dimmed. The bulb is available in both 2700K and 3000K warm white colour temperatures. The 2700K option is suitable for living spaces and bedrooms, while the 3000K option is ideal for use in chandeliers, wall sconces, and other decorative fixtures in a  kitchen, laundry, bathrooms, commercial spaces, retail shops, hotels, and home office areas. The bulb is free from flickering, dazzling, glare, or radiation, and provides 360° of ambient lighting.

Prompt service, great product

My dimmable candle bulbs arrived within two days, which is great service. The bulbs themselves look good in our period light fitting and are just the right brightness. The warm white is a good colour too. The only downside is that while the dimming works in one of our light fittings, the other won't dim. I know dimming depends on the dimmer not the globes, but perhaps a note in the specs would be useful.
