Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.

- Other NSW: 2-4 working days

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
20m White Festoon String Lights with 20 Bulb 240V
For indoor and outdoor use, this 20-meter white vintage-look weather-proof festoon string light comes with free twenty-four 11-watt incandescent warm white light bulbs or select LED bulbs from the dropdown menu. Great for parties and celebrations.
Each 20-meter 240V festoon string light set has 20 sockets (rated at 25W, max wattage for the string is 1500W). Each string has a detachable Australian wall power plug connected to a universal joint at one end, while the other has a universal joint. So you can connect five strings or more before reaching the 1500W limit. If you upgrade to LED bulbs, you can have more strings connected since LED bulbs have low wattage and cost-effective electricity consumption.
Outdoors: Use in garden spaces, parks, festivals, and outdoor café spaces—around trees, on garden fences, on walkways or across open areas, for example.
Indoors: In restaurants and cafés, living rooms, hallways—practically any space where you wish to achieve a relaxed, cosy, soothingly lit environment.
About the festoon light string:
- 20m string is IP65 rated and is perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use (most other suppliers are IP20 to IP44).
- Main cable 2*1.5mm Rubber (most other suppliers offer cheaper PVC cable 1.5mm or 1.0mm, which is not as per Australian Standards to be used as connectable IP65 or IP44 rated string for outdoor use)
- The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a waterproof universal joint on both ends.
- Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without professional assistance.
- 240 Volt Australian Standard 2-pin plug for easy install
- The distance of the Australian plug to the first globe is 4.4M
- The distance from a waterproof male connector to the first socket is 40cm
- The distance from the last socket to the waterproof female connector is 40cm
- 20 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade cable.
- 20 + 2 spare incandescent warm white light bulbs. The option to upgrade to LED bulbs is selected in the dropdown menu. (20 x LED bulbs sold separately)
