At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items. 

Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25. 

You may also select express delivery during checkout.

Our transit guidelines are:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
  • Other NSW: 2-4 working days
  • Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
  • Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days  

Guide to Product in Stock

All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.

Lost Shipment

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.

Incorrect Product/Order

In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

Great replacement bulb

After 20+ years of faithful service, an old 100W decorative bulb finally gave up. This 14W LED bulb is a great modern replacement - gives a nice and bright warm glow and is far less power hungry. Great service from LiquidLEDs and a very fast delivery.

Nice colour temperature

Nice shape and colour temperature. The type I'm searching for as replacements. The LED do flicker more prominent at brighter settings and lower settings. In the middle range seem most stable with less flickering. My dimmer is rated from 1-450 watts adjustment.

Nice globe, but..

This one is very bright and gives very nice and even light (both underneath and above), also looking good (and nicely matching the light that I have).
The only issue is that it seems to be quite sensitive to instability of power line voltage (maybe this is what one should expect from "dimmable" lights).
If your power line is good, you will have no problems. I had a short period (about 15 min) on one night when there was probably an issue on the power line, and this globe was the only one among 5 that were in the room that was getting randomly darker and returning back. But this happened only once, not noticed on any other night, so hope it will not happen again any time soon.
Still deserves 5 stars.
