At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. We take pride in guaranteeing the reliability of our products and ensuring that our customers are content with their experience.

Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days
- Other Capital & Regional areas: 2-7 working days
Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.

One globe arrived broken

Firstly, we are absolutely impressed with the service and expedience of liquid leds. Our order was placed online Thursday evening and delivered Monday. Well done LiquidLeds and Oz Post.
Our dining area has a strange lighting set up with no overhead lighting but two wall sconces on one side of the table. The original owner installed regular, kmart DIY ceiling lights on the wall and we have lived with them for over 10 years. Finally decided enough was enough and found two more appropriate fittings but could not find globes we both liked, however these are perfect. Much better illumination and more attractive than the old fittings. The light bounces off the ceiling to provide a better spread in the area.
We purchased two warm white and two natural white because we were unsure if we'd like one or the other. We've chosen the warm white and will keep the naturals as spares. Loving this small update to our quite dated home.
