At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:
- Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days
- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days

Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
10m White Festoon String Lights with 10 Bulb 240V
This outdoor and indoor 10-meter weather-proof festoon string light has a vintage look and is available in white. The warm white light bulbs (11-watt) are provided for free, or you can choose LED bulbs from the dropdown menu. This light string creates an elegant and vintage ambiance that is perfect for any occasion.
Each 10-meter 240V festoon string light set has ten sockets (rated at 25W, max wattage for the string is 1500W). Each string has a detachable Australian wall power plug connected to a universal joint at one end, while the other has a universal joint. So you can connect five strings or more before reaching the 1500W limit. If you upgrade to LED bulbs, you can have more strings connected since LED bulbs have low wattage and cost-effective electricity consumption.
Outdoors: Use in garden spaces, parks, festivals, and outdoor café spaces—around trees, on garden fences, on walkways or across open areas, for example.
Indoors: In restaurants and cafés, living rooms, hallways—practically any space where you wish to achieve a relaxed, cosy, soothingly lit environment.
About the festoon light string:
- 10m string is IP65 rated and is perfectly safe for indoor and outdoor use (most other suppliers are IP20 to IP44).
- Main cable 2*1.5mm Rubber (most other suppliers offer cheap PVC cable 2*1.5mm or 2*1.0mm, which is not as per Australian Standards to be used as connectable IP65 or IP44 rated string for outdoor use)
- The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a waterproof universal joint on both ends.
- Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without professional assistance.
- 240 Volt Australian Standard 2-pin plug for easy install
- The distance of the Australian plug to the first globe is 2.4M
- The distance from a waterproof male connector to the first socket is 40cm
- The distance from the last socket to the waterproof female connector is 40cm
- The overall length of the string without the power lead is 8M
- 10 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade cable.
- 10 + 2 spare incandescent warm white light bulbs. Upgrade to LED bulbs can be selected in the dropdown menu. (LED bulbs sold separately)
*Please note that coloured LED light bulbs are unsuitable for outdoor use.

The product works well and the LED globes look fantastic. However, the lights run for 8m @800mm spacing plus about 2m lead, so 10m could be a bit misleading. This could be made more clear when purchasing.
We used two of these for an indoor party like effect. It's very good and we have the option of using an inline dimmer in the future if we want it even more ambient.
