At LiquidLEDs, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction. If any of our customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to arrange for a return and receive a refund for the purchase price, excluding the delivery cost. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $99 for metro areas and over $199 for regional areas in Australia, excluding bulky items. Additionally, we provide free shipping for international orders over $199, with the exception of bulky items.
Shipping fees vary according to weight and postal code within Australia and abroad, with prices beginning at $8.25.
You may also select express delivery during checkout.
Our transit guidelines are:

- Other NSW: 2-4 working days
- Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 1-4 working days

Guide to Product in Stock
All orders received with payment by 10 a.m. AEST on business days will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney on the same day. We strive to dispatch all orders quickly because we want you to ensure you get your purchases.
Lost Shipment
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us by email. We will contact the courier company right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 5-8 business days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending couriers' investigation of the situation. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation.
Incorrect Product/Order
In the rare occurrence of a mistake or delay from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as on your order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 7 days after receipt of your shipment.
10m Black Festoon String Lights with 10 Bulb 240V
Festoon lighting is a dynamic outdoor and indoor party décor light string featuring a vintage look and feel. Festoon indoor or outdoor lights come with free 12 x 11-watt warm white light bulbs, or you can upgrade to LED bulbs from the dropdown menu.
The 10-meter (240V) strand with one end of the cable has an Australian wall power plug, and another end is connectable. Sets can be joined together to make longer string lights. The string has a universal joint for both ends to enhance the length to 16, 32, or 64 meters.
Festoon lighting can greatly help make your garden space look more enticing to host parties or any other special occasion. These string lights illuminate any space perfectly balanced and do not give off a stark and bright light that can be irritating sometimes but a soft, warm glow that is soothing to the eye and creates a relaxed environment in your surroundings. - Main cable 2*1.5mm Rubber (most other suppliers offer cheap PVC cable 2*1.5mm or 2*1.0mm, which is not as per Australian Standards to be used as connectable IP65 or IP44 rated string for outdoor use)
- 10 x E27 (Edison Screw) Sockets on commercial-grade cable.
- The light string can be joined together to make longer string lights. It has a universal joint on both ends.
- Eyelets are available on every lamp holder for easy mounting without any professional assistance.
- Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

- The distance of the Australian plug to the first globe is 2.4M
