It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the LiquidLEDs Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Once the credit is processed you will receive an email confirmation.

LiquidLEDs offers a Back to Base Warranty on your Product subject to the following conditions. LiquidLEDs warrants that all Product manufactured by Liquidleds Lighting Corp. will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship for three (2) year for commercial customers and five (3) years for residential customers after your Purchase Date.

If you wish to make a claim under this Express Warranty, you must do the following: Call LiquidLEDs on 1800 744 705 or email [email protected] to notify us of your claim; Return the Product, as far as possible in its original packaging, to a Service Agent, whose location will be advised by LiquidLEDs; and Provide a copy of your purchase receipt, or other reasonably acceptable evidence of your Purchase Date, to show that this Express Warranty applies to your Product at the date of your claim. You will be required to pay the cost of delivering your Product to and collecting your Product from LiquidLEDs (or a Service Agent) for  Express Warranty  service.

The mark “C-tick,” is your guarantee that each LiquidLEDs product you receive is certified by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) to be compliant to its Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) regulatory standards. This means you are assured that any LiquidLEDs products you have will not cause undue radio frequency interference and are safe to use in areas where other devices, like cell phones, are not permitted. The C-tick is also a valid mark in New Zealand.

Yes, the  phenomenon (this is what we call it) is cause by induction and is mainly associated with multiple switches in a lighting circuit where you have multiple cables running parallel and the active cable inducing a current in the other un-switched line at the time. The current is negligible, but the LEDs are so efficient that it is enough just to activate them. It is induced power NOT a wiring fault and no energy is being consumed.
