We offer FREE delivery on orders over $100 and only charge $9.95 for orders below within Australia, and $19.95 for orders to New Zealand.

Guide to Product in Stock
All items are typically dispatched the next business day or the day after, once your payment has been confirmed. Nearly all of our orders are dispatched quickly. We don't like you to wait for your purchases.

Our transit guidelines are:
To:

• Sydney Metro: 1-3 working days

• Other NSW: 2-4 working days

• Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide Metro area: 2-4 working days

• Other Capital & Regional areas: 3-7 working days  

Guide to Pre-Ordering

Due to large product variation some goods are available for pre-order only. To pre-order your goods payment required in advance. If the item is marked as pre-order, we aim to dispatch back the order items within 21 days - it’s usually sooner.
 

Backorders 

If an item is temporarily out of stock we will back order it for you, we aim to dispatch back ordered items within 28 days – it’s usually sooner. If this happens you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Please note: we are closed from Christmas till New Year

LiquidLEDs product are dispatched from a third party warehouse and is therefore unavailable for pickup.
